This really gets me angry

I thought it was illegal to sell counterfeits - regardless of how you ended up in possession of one. I know in the UK this would be illegal so if you bought from China yourself, you could not sell it on without breaking the law.

If that is the case in the US too, the person should be very concerned about the legality of selling this instrument...

There's the rub. The seller did state that it was made in China and the price reflects it. That's how the seller can get away with it. Doesn't make it right though.....

I wasn't sure of the legality of selling a fake - even if its listed a fake in the US but glad to hear its not not legal at all.

I hope many more can go on and report this too!!!

eBay is taking their time pulling this from their site...was still active as of 11:30 EDT 08/21...

And...reported using the copyright legality subheadings...

Why is it that seemingly every time someone comes here to post another "it this fake?" thread that it's their first post?
Gotta wonder if all those "it this fake?" posts are the actually sellers trying to get some free advertising.
Present company excluded.
