Is it just me or is this just a bit too close to a PRS. Take away the birds and binding this looks a lot like a McCarty 594 (with the thinline switch placement). That headstock looks pretty familiar.

I'm not one to worry about copying body styles or headstock shapes. The lawsuits only help the lawyers. Your mileage may vary.

It reminds me of the Singlecut scandal:

It looks to me like a Schecter and an Epiphone Les Paul had an offspring.

It's terribly confused -- trying to look like All The Things and mostly looks like a whole lotta nothing.

MA Pete went through a Baker phase, so I have seen these a few years back.
 
Those two guitars look nothing alike to me, and that first one looks cheap when compared to PRS.
