I gotta give both flips of this coin.
-My guitar is top of the line gear...........my car is not.

-My car takes me fishing and hauls the slimy suckers home.........I can't touch my guitar till I wash my hands at least 3 times after filleting my catch.

My guitars earn me money.
The car just costs me money.
I own my guitars.
Technically, the bank owns my car.
The car will be scrap in less than 10 years.
The guitar will still be being played.
My guitars look nice hung on the wall.
My car does not.

My guitars always work and never let me down... I can't say the same with my car.
My guitars will still work few decades from now... no need to wait that much for my car.
I'm actually happy to need an oil bottle to clean my guitar... while it's never a good sign when I need oil for my car.
My guitars smell good and don't pollute the atmosphere... well, even if I like gas smell, I wouldn't stand all day long too close to my exhaust.
My guitars have birds... my car has birds... poop all over.
I never got any ticket for speeding with my guitars.
The best three letters from my guitars we all know are PRS... for my car the only three letters we all know are DMV.
No need to be a mechanics for tuning my guitars...
People that use the same guitars than me are rockstars... while people that use the same car than me are definitely not rockstars.
I can bend as much as I want on my guitars and be safe... the last time I bent my car, it cost me a trip to the emergency room.
My guitars are made of wood, which is a natural material from earth... while my car... well, let's just say it's not really natural.
My guitars make really good sound... well, my car can make some noise too, but nobody really enjoy it

You can't get laid in your guitar, you can get laid in your car. But you can also get laid in your car because you play guitar. Then, too, you can get laid because of the car if it's a nice one.

I hope it's a humbucker; I imagine single coils would be even harder to sit in. Plus there's all of that extraneous noise.

All of my PRS' have BRW which has prestige and I don't feel like playing another brand or really upgrading. My 202 hp, four cylinder Acura TLX doesn't which is why I want the TLX SHWD.
The guitar gives me GAS. The car takes my gas.
