With the best of intentions I headed to CME ( with my usual wing man Brian C this might be the problem )
The intent was to trade in a few non PRS to pay for the Studio 22 and pocket some cash.
Then I was contacted by who turned out to be a fellow forum member about a guitar I listed , ended up meeting at CME
and made a trade before heading inside ended up with a SAS narrow field , sweet guitar looks WAY better in person!!

So We head inside drop off a few guitars to get numbers and go do some shopping , figure I would head home with some cash and a killer SAS
As usual there were some sweet guitars on the wall a Purple quilt 509 was first to catch my eye and there was a few nice CU24s a nice Vela etc .
But Brain spied way up high on the wall a CU24/08 35 anv that becomes the main player in this story , played the 509 first and it just didn't sound like I hoped then I played the the CU24 , ( Sonzera 20 is a sweet amp BTW ) really liked it , Pattern Reg neck , Hybrid hardware killer top,
Then I think I want to stay married I go " na I don't need this guitar " How wrong I am , decided to bring the SAS inside so I could play it against the CU24 and the Cleans were really close BUT as you might expect the full humbuckers had an edge with gain ( and I have an NF3 )
so I go what if I trade in a guitar I have only owned for 30 min , deal was hatched and the CU24 came home.
Crazy day thanks to all involved ( I Think )
