The latest DGT family picture. The one with the maple fretboard arrived a few weeks ago. It has a maple board and neck, and a swamp ash back. The guitars all sound a little different, but in a very good way giving me some variations in that awesome DGT tone and allowing for different tunings for gigging.

The DGT in the middle is #4 of 20 of the Wildwood Limited PS run from 2011. I was in Denver last weekend and stopped by the shop and met Steve, the owner, who told me the story about how the run came to be. He's a super nice guy and though I arrived without an appointment he gave me a t-shirt and tour of the facility. I've never seen so many guitars in one place, lol.

Huh... never knew they made a stoptail version of the DGT. A rare bird!
Indeed, at the time I pulled the trigger on an other PRS model at Wildwood there were some in stock.
With stoptail - according to David Grisson's LP as the role model - maybe the first step to the later 594.

What a great trio. As others said, the stop tail is a very interesting configuration. All of these look amazing though that maple neck/fretboard is a clear winner in my book. Congrats!
