The highlight of yesterday was receiving my shipping notification for my new (to me) guitar. The hard part is now waiting over the weekend and into early next week for it to arrive :(

Haha, I ordered a Mark Holcomb SE which was announced to be available as of today, but currently the delay is up to new supposed incoming day at 24th OCT.
But a few replacement parts to be installed instead of series parts (tuners, knobs) need to be delivered just in time, too. Therefore I was aware to be patient both ways. :(

So wadja get???

I picked up an SE One Korina with Birds :)

I totally blame Hans and his Harem thread, as well as all of the other people who gave that guitar a raving review. I'm super stoked to get it! It's like nothing else I have. I also ordered the 280k pot to help tame up that P90 a bit.

Oh tell me about it, but I have always had to wait several months with for all of my PRS guitars with the exception of my last one, the S2 Custom 22 Semi-Hollow which my dealer had in stock.
It was begging to come home with me, and I got it the next day after they took off the 10s, and put on 9s for me and did a fresh setup.

The waiting part is always the hardest :D

This is how senile I'm getting: I had a guitar come in today that I forget I had purchased. As a matter of fact, just the other day (between purchase and receipt), I was bemoaning that it had sold, as it was the best price I had seen on said guitar. And then I saw a blem show up on zZounds, and almost bought it again. Fortunately, my memory cells took the jolt and said, "hey, wait a minute, didn't you just buy one of those?" Indeed, I had.

So I guess what I'm saying is, one doesn't have this problem if one is senile.
