I was the lucky buyer of the McCarty Trem. It is by FAR the greatest guitar I've ever played~! the best thing is that burled (or quilted?) Mahogony. It is so dense and solid. The notes just ring out. It is amazing! I'm scared to even take it out of the case.
I was pretty surprised with the amp too. My only complaint would be the reverb. The reverb tank is very small so the reverb is not deep or lush at all. But the overdrive channel sounds just like a tweed (or a Mesa/Boogie) and the clean channel sounds killer too. All and all I'm super happy with this guitar. I have one more PRS to get then I'm done. A candy northern lights 513 with a similar back and rosewood neck. here is the Northern Lights guitar:

Ruk that was one of my favorite guitars I have ever seen. Congrats on that package deal! Brian is a madman in the greatest sense. I want one like that, might spec one with 58/15s and signature switching just like it someday...
