The Korina One - Project Guitar

So I picked up a SE Korina one for a steal, and have decided to mod the living daylights out of it. This thread is to show progress

So list of potential mods

As the Rollings stones like to say... 'Paint it black', add my wife's and I's charity organisation logo in red on the upper bout.
Sand down the neck (but leave it the Korina colour)
Add a DiMarzio Twang King to the neck position (routing will be required)
DiMarzio Super Distortion P90 in the bridge
Add a 500k tone pot, change the current SE volume to a PRS 500k volume,
add a mini toggle for pickup change
Phase 3's with Faux bone tuners
Change pickguard to red tortoise shell
add a Bigsby B5
Graphtech bridge (still deciding)

So finally got the Bigsby, but I have a few dumbass newbie questions. If I want to put a tune-o-matic on the SE, the posts don't line up. A graphtech wrap-around will fit the posts perfectly, but will there no be issues with the Bigsby? Any experience? Advise? etc?
