Well, I only gained 1 lb, in Vegas, but I'm calling it water weight, as my hands are still swollen. I'm giving it till tomorrow or Monday for my next official weigh-in...

253 on the nose this morning. Up 2.4 pounds. I haven't been in the gym at all. I've got to make this a priority.

I finally beat my records yesterday!

Flat bench dumbell press, 80lbs on each arm, 160lbs total .. 3 sets of 8
Incline bench dumbell press, 65lbs on each arm, 130lbs .. 3 sets of 10
