The eternal what does the neck feel like thread

I will be getting a CE24 semi hollow very soon. It is described as the pattern thin neck. I have played an S2 custom which is described as a pattern regular neck and I liked it a lot, but i have not owned a PRS yet for extended play. I am a new player and not very neck sensative.

I have a Ginson LP studio with a 60's thin neck. I also have a Fender Strat with a modern C. I have looked and compaired dimensions and I am not sure that helped. To me the Gibson neck feels thinner and flatter across the back.

Where does the pattern thin neck fall on that spectrum?

I have a CE-24 Semi Hollow and a 2004 Gibson LP Classic. To me, the CE-24 has a similar front to back thickness, but perhaps a tad less shoulder on both the bass and treble side of the neck. YMMV. I am away so I can’t break out the calipers...

My 2014 S2 Custom 22 comes with the Pattern Regular neck, and I love it. Just a hint of fullness.. Perfect!
