I'm not an expert but I think it has to be chilled so that the condensation properly moistens the cleaning cloth.

But I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express during my last visit to Kent Island.

Don't laugh. I use Sergio's method exclusively, except it's the condensate from my Pabst can....one must not spend too much on cleaner.

It's all about the condensation, if you use bubbly it'll get sticky.

I never clean my guitars unless there is a reward waiting at the conclusion of the "project". Red in winter, white in summer (and maybe Rose in spring)
