Am I the only one looking forward to the day Paul heads into his golden years as a luthier and marries the Private Stock Electric and Acoustic teams to take on the classic Acoustic Archtop; the likes of Monteleone, D'Angelico, Benedetto, Collings, and vintage Gibson's? Perhaps something with a Charlie Christian in the neck?

The older I get, the more one of those 17" and 18" classic acoustic archtops appeals to me. One a long enough timeline, I'll get one. Sure would be sweet if my favorite luthier was the one who sold it to me.

With acoustics with on board electronics on offer, how far could the company be from a true acoustic amplifier?

I can only dream with you on this one. I`ve owned some nice archtops including one with a big D to begin the name. They all had shortcomings, Paul could do it.

That'd be nice. I'd be happy getting that electric Archtop that just came out, and I already have the SC-J.

I've always found those archtops very appealing. The guitar player in the big band I was with for a year had one and it was amazing. I'd love to have one in the music room. I'd settle for visiting one in yours...at least until I got home and missed it.

I'm more of a Sorcerer's Apprentice fan.
Well... yeah. The blue one, right? ;)
