Literally just one year ago that Gilmour’s black strat set the auction record at $4m. I get that unfortunately Cobain is no longer with us, but I’d guess Gilmour’s Strat has tons more history and provenance.

Music history, and very personal to the people who were impacted by the music played on those guitars. I’m glad someone is preserving the history, at the least.
