Hi,
is there anybody who can explane why PRS guitars are addictive? ;-)
I purchased the first one in 2019 and in late 2020 there are three of them.
It must be my soft spot that I can not let the cheapest slightly damaged
examples go.
The black one is a heavily used (kind of natural relic) 2004 swamp ash special.
Mcrosie was made in 2006 and has some serious dents to the body edges.
My latest aquisition is a 2018 silver sky in frost which has some finish cracking
on the headstock and along the neck.

All three of them play very nice and sound phantastic. They are such a pleasure to play.
But before getting the third one I was thinking to sell the SAS.
I don't think it will happen. No! ;-)

So, here is a picture. No beauty shot but still nice.

That’s a really lovely looking guitar - white with a dark rosewood fretboard. If it were mine, I’d probably be jonesing for a mint green pickguard to check all of my personal boxes! So, I’m now pretty convinced that I will get a Silver Sky in the next 6 months or so. I love playing my Strats and if I didn’t have a Partscaster project underway with a white finish, I’d go for this PRS white. Instead, I would probably go with tungsten. My only slight hesitation is that the frets aren’t quite as tall as my preferred 6105s but feel that they’re probably close enough and that the narrowness, which I like. will help. Anyway, take care and thanks for the great forum!
