New PRS player here and first ever post in this forum! I just wanted to give a shout out to Sean L. in the PTC for taking care of my first PRS - a DGT goldtop. I purchased it used a while back and noticed the finish turning a white-ish color down near the 12th fret. After talking with him a couple of times, he had me send it back to the PTC for inspection and evaluation. He determined it was a slight finish issue and needed to be fixed. I just got it back today and the work was flawless, the guitar was set-up perfectly, and it plays like a dream! You have a new Gibson convert and a fan for life. I can't say enough about your customer service and product!
