Tell me about this 2007 Singlecut in Satin finish

Natural light, or sunlight, contains ultraviolet (UV) radiation, which is a type of electromagnetic radiation with a wavelength of 10–400 nanometers. UV light makes up about 10% of the sun's total electromagnetic radiation

if its' on a shaded wall , no worries.

Using the Waybackmachine, and going to the original product page from 2007, looks like this one should have a Wide-Fat neck.

Oh I didn’t know of the waybackmachine, cool stuff! My understanding was that the Satin was thicker than the gloss version, good to know it’s actually thinner. I like to see it as a modern version of a Les Paul with a Trem, and I already own a Standard.

Yeah mine get no direct sunlight.

So here it is, it took less than 2 weeks to arrive from Chicago, IL to regional Australia. 😄 I have to admit I was a bit disappointed by how dark the colours are, it hardly looks like a Blue Matteo anymore.
However I was very, very, happy with how it plays. I was worried about the Wide Fat neck but it might be the most comfortable neck I have ever tried, and the satin finish is just a pleasure to the touch. The 85/15 in this one sound even better than both my CE and Core Custom do imho.

Overall very happy and it’s likely going to be my main guitar from now on. All it needed was a fresh pair of Schaller S-loks. 😊

I used to own to same finish back in the day. Was great bit was getting scratches very easily.
