Thanks everyone! I’m still in the getting to know you phase. The 57/08 pickups handle drive like no other. It seems they really want to stay clean and have a little filtertron flavor to them, similar to my old Starla.

It’s definitely a warm and clean guitar excelling at clean to medium dirty tones. On my amp, I’m finding I can increase the treble more without any trace of icepick.

I’m going to try with a different amp today and explore a bit more…

Wondering if I might have a wiring issue. Neck pickup has no background noise but bridge humbucker has some hum. Also, neck pickup set low enough but has more output.
