I had a 2019 CE24 SH and absolutely loved it. The tone was perfect in every way. I'm in a place to get another. I'm excited because I miss that one the most, next to my DC594...
Anyway, I can get an NOS 2019 or a new 2020. I'm afraid that I may not dig the 2020 if it has the TCI pickups. The videos I have watched, including the one where Paul points out the "extra note" on the top and bottom, have not impressed me.
Brian Ewald has a demo video of an SH and he talks about the TCI pickups. But, if I look at the specs on the product page the pickups are justed listed as 85/15.
The easy answer is go for the 2019, and that's what I'll probably do. But I'm still curious and it could be beneficial info for somebody else.
