I have a new Core 594 and notice that the top of the upper bridge screw is beginning to tarnish. I must be resting my wrist on it

Anyway to protect it other than not rest my hand on it

I use a dual sided Jeweler’s polishing cloth to clean up my bridge posts. Every string change (2-4 months), it’s just a light touch up. A couple of the used guitars I purchased already had considerable tarnish and the polishing cloth cleaned most of it, but not all. It’s one of those things that happens with normal playing and can be addressed if you keep at it. Good luck.

You could probably clear-coat the upper surface where your hand rests after cleaning it up with polish.

A clear nail polish might do the trick.
