I concurSweet soapy
I was thinking the sameI love that cheeky band of flame on the faux binding.
You just know that there’s some beautiful flame hidden underneath that opaque top.
Is that a Louis KR12 lurking in the background, or a Gibson?Another serial number thread, sorry. Just need to know the year if possible. I'll say thank you in advance rather than unnecessarily bump.

So true!!!Gorgeous guitar. Black and P-90's: killer combo!
They didn't forget. They started doing that (separating the year from the serial #) a few years later...I also believe it to be a 2001. However, I will throw this out there. If they forgot to put the number on there for the year, it could be a 2010. There is one way to tell for sure. How many dots are there on the side of the fretboard at the 12th fret? 1 dot means it is a 2001. 2 dots means it is a 2010.
My 1991 has the year separated from the serial number. My 2000 does not. So maybe they stopped in 2000 for some reason? They didn't forget. They started doing that (separating the year from the serial #) a few years later...
