Spring claw Help

How to take off spring claw of a prs custom 24 can somebody help me ? .....

Very simple. First take all the tension off the strings. Then you can pull the springs off the claw, then do your deed, whatever it is.

thank you for answering sir I loosened them but not removed should I completely remove them ?

I think @DRP was saying to release the tension, which involves simply un-tightening the strings, not removing them. A spring claw can be (added or?) removed with the string tension loosened.
