More good stuff from Rhapsody - I think they're the world's largest subscription network:

"PARTYBABY hit it hard and heavy. The band is a blast live and their fun, melodic rock ably toes the line between cute and raging. It’s a heavy dose of ’90s nostalgia, paying tribute to the likes of Weezer and Harvey Danger. So far, we’ve given Jamie Schefman the prize for coolest guitar, but the week is young and there may be more challengers. Either way, we think you should definitely turn up PARTYBABY’s new single “Everything’s All Right.”

They are getting excellent coverage.
I love that guitar.

'Nother nice review here at British Magazine NME...

“PartyBaby were also one of the day’s highlights. Very much living up to the name, I’m guessing they could easily drink fellow LA locals FIDLAR under the table (and they’ll surely get to find out on the inevitable link-up tour). The songs themselves are perfectly well suited to the task, though they’re also almost completely beside the point.”

The band got some very sweet reactions and reviews, so that's great. Saturday AM they were added to a show being put on Sat night by one of the music magazines (not sure which one), so that was both unexpected and nice for the band. Someone saw them and wanted them on that bill.

All I care about is that my kid is enjoying his life. That's what's important. And seeing some success in the biz helps with that. So...I'm happy for him!

It's great to be able to share this with my friends here. Most of the folks I know don't really understand music or the music biz, and don't really want to hear about how I feel about this.

Thanks for the kind words, guys!

Awesome! Les I picture you smiling just like he is in that picture every time you read one of these reviews (with a little less hair of course). Congratulations!

What a great band!

On behalf of my son, thanks for that! I will pass along your compliment!

Edit, I just texted him and he said to say thanks! He actually didn't give me an "Oh, Dad" for posting about the band here.
