Hello,

Sorry for my bad English, I live in Belgium, so English is not my mother tongue.

I just bought a splendid guitar a PRS SC250 Modern Eagle.
This model of guitar doesn't appear anymore on “http://www.prsguitars.com”.

Maybe because it is a 2011 model?

Did anyone have the specification or have you an idea where I can find them?
It will be very kind if you would help me.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks, I already found the davisguitar web site.
What I was looking was the type of string.
I guess D'addario 46/10
I would have "an official" confirmation.
It is my first expensive guitar, so I prefer to stay as close as possible of the PRS recommendation.

If someone have the same as me, I would be very happy to have the feeling of seomeone else?
As I said it is my first very good guitar so I can't compare it to something else.
If you have played with an sc250 (modern eagle or not) share your feeling.

A last point, the vender told me that the guitar tone change with times.
is it really true or it so tiny that you don't notice it?

Again thanks.

Regarding the strings. PRS has its own brand of strings. These are made by D'Addario as well.
I use D'Addario 10-46 sets (XL-110) for years on all my guitars.

A last question,

I live in Belgium, so no shop have PRS cleaning, care and polish product,

Is the Fender polish spray good for a V12 polish.
The vender said yes.

Those who don't use a PRS product for the care, what are you using?

Modern Eagles are generally nitro, not V12, no? Or was that one an exception?

If it is nitro, then be careful what you use. Virtuoso brand guitar polish is probably ideal.

Anyway, PRS Guitars UK (http://shop.headlinemusic.co.uk) will ship to Belgium and they have the maintenance accessories in stock generally.

Thanks,

I thoung ME was V12 because I long hesitate with the SC 58 and there are so similar.

You may want to check with PRS - it would be a disastrous error to use the wrong guitar cleaner/polish if it is nitro.
