"Special" HFS/VB Pick Ups?

I just got this pretty sweet "celebrity played" '97 Standard. Apparently the HFS/VB pick ups where given to said celebrity by PRSh. Can anyone shed any light on them? They are covered and the labels are handwritten which seems unique.

Welp that makes sense as he is the celebrity mentioned. Different guitar though.
