Some very upsetting news

After a battle with spine surgery our very dear friend Bill Haggerty better known as "wilerty" passed suddenly this week.
Bill was a customer of mine, that through the years became a very close friend and in some respects another Father figure in my life. I know that he made many friends on the board and was bag of laughs with everyone at PRS Experience

I spoke to Bill Wednesday afternoon about the surgery and his recovery; and all seemed to be moving on nicely; but unfortunately Bills heart gave out and Bill passed away later that evening.

Bill was laid to rest this morning.

Literally hurting inside as I read this. I have so many fond memories of Bill an Experience... I remember like it was yesterday and we were sitting at the table talking about the Private Stock he was going to spec. He had a folder of various woods and tops and options and we just had a ball talking about the possibilities. My thoughts and love go out to his family - the ones he would always proudly talk about with a smile on his face.

I met Bill at the Experience and he was a very gracious and nice man. I am saddened to hear of his passing and hope that his family gets through this tough time. RIP

I never met Bill in person. We exchanged some pm's over the years as we had similar taste in gear. From these pm's and his posts, I always thought that I would like him instantly upon meeting him. Condolences to his family.
