I have PRS custom 24-08 core model made in 2020 and I would like to replace the pickups with TCI.
Here are some of my questions.

1. If I want to replace my pickups with TCI, do I need to install the neck pickup in the reverse direction?(I saw many of PRS videos and they installed in reverse direction.)

2. Do I need to wire the new pickups in Parallel? Or Series? (My guitar has 3 way blade switch and 2 mini toggle switches) How is the factory wiring set up in the initial setting?

3. I would like to know which of the pickups turns off when the coil split switch is turned on.
For example, let's say pickups are mounted in a reversed direction just as below.
Pickup 1 and 3 are non-adjustable pole-piece pickups and 2 and 4 are the adjustable pole-piece pickups.

Head====Neck(1)(2) Bridge(3)(4)

Which number of pickups will be turned off when I turn on the neck coil split switch? 1 or 2?
Which number of pickups will be turned off when I turn on the bridge coil split switch? 3 or 4?

4. In the videos I saw on the PRS website, the pole pieces of TCI pickups were gold, but the TCI pickups I purchased had silver pole pieces. Are these two different pickups?

Are you sure your 24/08 pickups aren’t already TCI? They started TCI in October/November of 2019 with the 594. They were supposed to be on all models by April/May of 2020.

As for the gold pole pieces, that would be Hybrid hardware which is available on some WL orders. Combo of gold/nickle hardware

Also, regarding the reversed direction of the neck pickup; that was done to allow for a closer approximation of single coil tone in the 2 and 4 positions
