Hello,
I'm Paolo from Italy and i'm new here! this is my first post.

i have a MT15 valve amp. Before turning off i switch the standby on and after a while i turn off.
Turning off causes a pop coming out from the speaker.

I am wondering: is it normal? how to avoid?
In my opinion, on the long range, this behaviour will ruin my speakers, isn't it?

Let me say that i'm a bit surprised because on the other side, during the procedure to turning on (power on with standby on -> after a while standby off), nothing happens: all smooth, all okay.

This is normal. My amp also pops if I flip the standby and power to quickly

Consider the volume an amplified guitar can have through a guitar speaker without ruining it. A switching pop won't hurt your speaker.

You might want to contact PRS' customer service if you find it annoying. Perhaps there's a fix for it.
