There is a shop out there that is modifying silver skys and putting humbuckers in the bridge. I have seen a few for sale on Reverb. They look good.

I doubt PRS will do it. They will say buy the Fiore, which I gave some thought to more than once.

I’d buy an HSS Silver Sky. Mayer doesn’t use an HSS one, but he also doesn’t use maple fingerboards and PRS released maple SSs. So anything’s possible!
