I've had quite the acquisition crusade over the last several months with three new purchases since last November. I'm not gonna get into any specifics like I usually do, because I'm just too darn lazy for it.

But all three of these were able to be had at a very reasonable price, IMO, and all are fantastic guitars.

First, my latest acquisition....a Wood Library Custom 24 in Beach Fade - a special run from Chuck Levins. Artist grade flame top, mahogany back, roasted maple neck, with a standard maple board and headstock veneer. An absolutely stunning instrument in every way.

Oh, and it has (what I'm assuming is a new iteration) 85/15LT pickups....which I did not know existed.

This one is a 2022 Custom 24 Wood Library in Autumn Sky. Quilted maple 10 top, swamp ash body, roasted maple neck, ziricote board. It had 58/15LT pickups, but I swapped 'em out for "M" pickups. This thing screeeeaaaams!

Got this one back in November of last year....

Then, lastly, I picked up this 30th Anniversary Custom 24 in a "one-off" finish called "Chameleon" something or other. A color shifting finish that switches between blue and green depending on the angle. Standard build specs, with the OG 85/15 pickups. A great playing guitar.

Anyways, I'm probably done for a while now with new purchases, but certainly wanted to share them with you all!

Nice

Incredible roundup, congrats on the triple threat!
Thanks! I've definitely ticked some boxes in terms of variations I was in pursuit of!

OMG!!!!

At least you bought enough to share with everyone, those will be much appreciated as "forum guitars" shipped around for a week or month for others to enjoy. I call dibs on the fade!
Absolutely! I'll ship it out first thing in the morning! 🤣
Nice! I like that green one. 😍
Yeah, thanks! I've been wanting a solid color PRS for a while now, and while it wasn't exactly what I was looking for, it ticked enough boxes for me for me to jump on it. I really wanted something that looked great on stage, which this one does (I get compliments on this one probably more than any of my other gigging guitars). Under stage lights, it can look blue, green, yellow, purple, or even jet black. Very, very cool looking guitar....and, of course, it plays and sounds amazing.
That last one reminds me of my friends old 1996 Mystic Mustang Cobra! Cool!

That's awesome....I kinda got late-80's / early 90's vibes from it, myself!
Those are stunning. Huge congrats!!
Thank you! On one hand, it kinda seems excessive....but on the other, life is short and it's fun to be mildly excessive at times. 😆
Aww yeah!

You totally have a “type”.
Yes, yes I do 😂 I am now pretty much a strictly Custom 24 guy. I've got a HBII and an SE acoustic. Outside of that, all my guitars are some sort of Custom 24 variant. One of these days, I'll get to try a Santana and see if it's something that's in my wheel house. Twenty-four-fretters are just my bag, baby....
What a killer trio! Congrats!! Those linear color fades are very cool, I have a mountain bike from Klein bicycles (before Trek bought them) that has a color fade in maroon to purple!!!
I'd love to see something like that on a PRS! Color-shifting finishes look soooooo good on PRS guitars, and there's certainly never too many colors to be had!
That neck on the second one……roasted flamed maple gives me a chub……
Yeah, when I found that one, I was pretty much on the search for a Custom 24 with a roasted maple neck. Both the Beach Fade and Autumn Sky have roasted maple necks and I feel they share similar qualities in how they respond to my playing and how they resonate. That's just me, though...

But yeah, roasted maple is absolutely gorgeous.
3 beauties right there. Nice score(s)
Thanks!

He shoots from way down town and…

HE DRAINS THE THREE! Nothing but net!
I would absolutely consider each one of these a "score"! 😁
Very nice.
Thank you!
Man, love it!!!
🤜🤛
Wow! Nice! Nice! And Nice!
Thank you, thank you, and thank you! 😁
snazzy to the max!
You know me...nothing but snazzy 🤣
Thanks, Les!
Thanks!
SCHWEET !!! great choices !!
Thank you! I'm glad the Custom 24 can be had in so many varieties, keeps it interesting! 🤣
