Small Pickup ID Mystery

(The pickup isn't small. The mystery is. In importance, I mean. Except to me. At the moment.)

Anyway. It's a PRS 5-wire with chrome cover; label on bottom says PTP4145-8 SP-5815-TNC; below that, in much larger print: CW.

(Don't nobody tell me it's for Country-Western. Ain't buyin' that.)

Can someone identify it for me?

But are there varieties of 58/15s? Differences between them? What does the "CW" mean vs pickups that don't have that designation?

Those are 58/15S pickups from an S2 McCarty 594 most likley. Those are import versions of the USA made 58/15 pickups.

No idea what CW means. Sorry.
