Singlecut trem 2004 question

Hi I've just acquired a lovely singlecut trem, It has vintage style non locking tuners on it and I can't see this on other 2004 models of this guitar. No sign that they are replacements, anyone else seen this?

No.... but is it satin?

It's not satin, but it is lush.

It should have Phase II lockers on it, but who knows, there are some oddities out there.
