I just got a new silver sky se and I was just wondering if the bridge tone knob was normally higher than the other two

Have you tried pushing it down without too much force? May not have been seated on the post straight from the factory? Just a thought?

I did. I tried swapping both tone knobs too but it wouldn’t go all the way down the bridge tone knob post

If you remove all three knobs, do the pots all sit at the same height above the scratchplate?

Also check the knobs have the same depth. Use a shoe lace wrapped around the shaft below the knob to gently tug it up and off.
