Here's a new one the band is working on, "Renegade". So far it's only rhythm guitar, drums, and a solo over the bridge. It's certainly a rough mix, in fact I haven't done anything to it other than record the parts. Really liking the way it's coming together, but also definitely have some work to do on the song. I think a slight change to the intro, some lead over certain parts, and massage the transition from verse to chorus. Our drummer also wants the guitar solo to extend further (twist my arm). I really like the way the bridge took the intensity down, and then brings it back. Like I said, still a work in progress, just wanted to share

Nice stuff, guys! I enjoyed it!

Thanks Les. But 'We Fix Flats!' on this track is a Boss DR-770, Digitech RP355, Brand X Bass, Korg D1600, my used PRS TM-SC45 with the usual dual lead/rhythm guitar over dubs,
but with no edits, punch ins, or software, recorded direct to disk and tracked with headphones and mixed on a pair of desktop JBL monitors by just one guy.

This is my jazz and progressive music sound cloud, I composed, arranged, engineered it all and played all the instruments. Not a money making endeavor, just creating for the love of it. I have a completely different songwriting project that is under construction at this time, it's jazzy R&B with a west coast guitar based sound, and some very talented local R&B singers that I've been working with. I'll post that up when I've got it up & running, in the meantime here's some funky fusion sounds from my CU22 & Mccarty HB.

For some reason I can't get the player to work in my browser. I'll try again, I'd love to hear it.

We(We Fix Flats!) just keep hacking away. This one is called '8123199.5.0'. All the usual disclaimers about wrong/poor note selection, articulation, mix and overall performance apply.
But hang around for the 'outro', there's a couple of 'fun' quotes there.

Thanks for listening~!

Called 'Break-1976'

The dual harmony guitar break. Both parts on the 408 Standard(Bridge-single coil)and Kestrel, plus a drum machine(manually operated). No computers/software/punch-in's or edits. It is what it is. Just a hobby player who thought we'd take a crack at this one.

This is one of our new songs we haven't recorded yet but will be on our next album (probably with vocals by then)
