    Anyone know what the peg hole size was on the core Starla's? I am assuming they came with Gotoh vintage style tuners, but I might throw kluson's on mine when it shows up. Starla X in this case.

    I always wonder why guitars (or other things) become SHE?

    I must be missing something.
    By the way, nice guitar. I came this close to buying a Mira yesterday.

    I still want to find a white Starla with a black pickguard. Did the S2 Starla have a Bigsby?

    Starla... sounds she to me! :)

    On my side, it simply feels more normal to have a connection of the physical/emotional sort with a female. I don't name all my guitars, but have done it for a couple of them. My two black SC594s (one 58/15LT and one Soapbar) are Lola and Layla, for instance. It is possible that I might consider my Tele a male entity, as we get along and I respect the capability, but it always feels like a fight. I guess for some that might still be female...
