Roflmao!!!!!!
Gonna nitro clear coat the natural wood color back plates. Give them a little finished look!
Yeah, those thin things would end up looking like those 10 foot long finger nails some people grow.... Roflmao!!!Killing it Wil.
Just remember to wipe/spray both sides at the same time, otherwise they might curl up like a banana.
Apologies if you already know this.
I hook hang them through one of the screw holes and spray both sides.Killing it Wil.

The knobs and some other stuff are from https://www.crazyparts.de/ . The rest of it came from a USA internet store.Wow that looks great. Id love to see it when you are finished. I really like the volume knob with the bird on it. Where did you find that?
Very cool guitar, have fun with it.
Well... Still waiting on one ivoroid tone noon with boss inlay, have yet to install the natural flamed maple pickup rings, but I threw the flamed maple backplates on with no coats of nitrocellulose applied yet. They're so thin I'll have to hang them and spray both sides so they don't, as so eloquently spoken by @Alnus Rubra , "curl up like a banana" by spraying only one side... Dohhhhhhh. LoL!
Thanks... I hate wood work .. but I had to do a couple drop fill repairs and have been ramping up the wood work.Looking good Wil.
With the other items, I think I'm satisfied with the shade and light hints of flame with the other random grains. You could always try a light coat of vintage tint, just to warm them up a little.
Just saying for a friend.
