First of all ... Hi everybody ... I'm new to the forum and an happy owner of a beautiful PRS Custom 24 Core - 2014.
The title speaks for itself and I'd like to swap my Vintage Bass / HFS PU with a couple of SD, maybe an APH-1 on the neck, and a '59 or Pearly Gates on the bridge.
I've searched a lot on the web, SD and PRS site, found useful informations, but some questions still remain and I'd appreciate help from some forum-guru :top:
I found info on swapping the bridge PU only, in which case it's necessary to flip magnets by 180°, as well as remapping colors of PUs due to different wiring method by the two manifacturers.
What I have to do if I want to change both PUs maintaining same switching options as the original PRS?
In other words I found two schemes on SD support, named "PRS wiring - version 1" and "PRS wiring - version 2" ... resulting in different switching options from original PRS.
Following SD info I'd get Position #2 with outside coil parallel and not bridge hum + neck single coil !!
Can I solder SD PUs terminals exactly where were those of PRS ... remapping colors ... obviously?
If so, is it necessary to flip magnet even if I use two SD insted of one PRS on the neck and one SD on the bridge?

Sorry to be so long ... and for my english (I'm Italian)

Any suggestion will be appreciated! :five:
Thanks so much
