Hi has anyone come across this before please? Would it be classed as a fault? Thx

Thx man. It doesn't really bother me at all but maybe an issue if I was to sell on..

Like Birdsofprey said, you can pull the pickup when you change strings, and if you do, take a pic of the serial number. That's what I'd do. Then, in six months, or a year, or five years, if you decide to sell the guitar, you can change strings and pull the pickup and take another picture of the serial number because you forgot you'd already taken a picture of it. That's what I'd do.

That's great thanks. My main concern was that it would be considered a fault and you have put my mind to rest on that front. The guitar plays great!!
