This is my current "knowledge" of PRS guitar necks, please correct me if I am wrong:

Core models/Artist Grade/Private Stocks- 1 piece necks (if any model under these 3 categories isn't or if it was a multi-piece/scarf joint at one time please let me know)
S2 models- Scarf Joint... so technically 2 piece neck but from the same blank?
SE models- 1 piece neck???

I don't mean to be a neck nazi, as I know that Taylor for one proudly scarf joints their necks.
I just want to know if PRS has ever made:
3 piece or 5 piece necks (Not counting scarf joints, wings, or fretboards), if not why?
SE guitars with scarf joints or multi piece necks

Again please let me know if:
I am mistaken
changes have been made to the process over time
certain models are simply exceptions.

*Also please keep in mind that the terms 1 3 or 5 piece necks NEVER includes headstock wings or fretboards unless explicitly stated (which is extremely rare).

Evidence is encouraged with any discrepancies of my current knowledge

There was a PS guitar in the PSF thread that showed a laminated-stringer construction. In order to have no headstock wings, the one-piece neck blank has to be wider to accommodate just that portion and wastes an incredible amount of wood. In a laminated neck build, however, you can hide it with a wider end piece no problem. I don't know anything about SE necks.

The maple and korina SE necks are three piece, and the mahogany SE's are one piece... as far as I know.
