Anyone know what this is and/or any comments? Is it in the Studio/NF3/etc. school of guitars? Or it's more like McCarty/DG/Starla/Mira/<fill in the blank> except with 3 pickups?

I think those are just three regular old SE pickups... looks like a pretty cool guitar.

I'm surprised people aren't aware of this guitar. Besides the original Chris Henderson model, this is the only other guitar they did with 3 humbuckers.

With 3 FULL SiZED humbuckers yes, you've also got the NF3, MEIII, SAS NF, modern Studio etc (as per above), plus there's been a certain proto Santana, several PTC (and xTC) mods, and of course Private Stocks (but all those don't really count to they)
I'm a bit of a 3 pickup nutter though

Well, I'm new to all this PRS guitar stuff, never heard of them before a couple years ago, so I'm not the fount of knowledge that others on here are.
I have access to one, not sure on price yet, need to ask. I kind of like the fact that it's a singlecut/LP style body, but I have a fondness for semi-hollows now, so I think I'll pass.

I keep an eye out for these on eBay. I dig the fleur-de-lis inlay (might be the only one besides Zack) and my favorite LP was a three-banger, so when the right one comes along at an undeniable price I'm sure I'll jump. I originally wanted one when I bought my Nick Cantonese, but it was $100 more, and since now I know the TonePros bridge needs to be replaced, it'll have to be cheap.

Plus if you buy one like the one in the OP, you get the satisfaction of turning a(nother) blue guitar into something well, not blue.
