Does anyone know if Grover makes a 406c mini 3x3 version that is not locking that would fit the SE? Or a Gotoh version that is locking or non-locking that fits SE?

Nah, I"m not stuck on only grover, but I've read the grovers fit perfectly.

Go with the Mann tuners - send in yours (or keep them) for the Mann tuner conversion - here's my SE with the stock tuners converted to locking:

Just looks "right" on a PRS.
