SE Silver Sky

Hello I have an Indonesian Silver Sky SE 2022. I broke one of the tone pots. The Pots on my guitar are 425K for all. However the PRS Schematic shows 275K for tone and 300k for volume. PRS sells a 275K pot that I could use I suppose or get a CTS 300K which would require some reaming of the pickguard. Thoughts?

If you are going to go with the CTS, can you grab a new pickguard as well? It would be helpful if you run into anything and need to change plans. You can't un-ream, so working on a different pickguard gives you an easy back out if needed.

Thanks for the Tip Slo-mo. I still need to ab my Silver Sky SE with my real 64 fender. I seem to recall the 64 was not as bright although the SS sits in the mix pretty darn well in middle or neck.
