SE Serial Number

As the title states, I have a question about a serial number. The guitar is an SE Standard 24; The serial number is IB 08698. Depending where I check it either comes up as 2008 year model or a 2015 year model. On a site where you type in the serial number it comes up as a 2008. On the PRS model year indentification page it states the IB prefix means it is a 2015 model. It is from PT Wildwood so that kind of jibes with the IB prefix.
Can anyone shed some light? It's not a big deal, I just like to know the particulars.

According to the Official PRS website, a guitar with a serial number starting with IB, was manufactured in Indonesia around 2015. that could mean late 2014 through December of 2015.
