SE NF3?!

Interesting, 22 frets, standard PRS trem. I had a core NF3 when they first came out that I liked a lot. What is the body wood on these?

CEs really are funny in terms of pricing. There’s nothing rational about it.

The ones with multi piece necks, thinner tops, Mother-Of-Countertop inlays, and jankier hardware sell for more money… okay then.

I’m curious to find out more about the pickups though. Like, would an SE SS with Lil’ 59s be a better purchase in the long run?

Meh, after my recent nightmare with the SE Silver Sky, I'll pass on anything SE. I'll stick to S2 and Core. The QC just isn't there on the current crop of SE's

I’d say no, my hunch is these pickups will sound very different from everything else in the stable. The SE SAS and the Core SAS don’t sound like the same guitar, so I have both. The body wood, maple source for the neck, tremolo, and pickups could have the models very different. A buddy of mine is already lined up to buy one.
