Can we get clarification on the specs here? I've seen everything from "maple neck and body" to "mahogany body and maple neck" to "maple capped mahogany with maple neck." It'd be nice to know the 100% correct specs.

Love this guitar though.

Thanks James! Those were the original specs I read, but everyone from review sites to the official PRS page seemed to give a different variant. I love this guitar though, gonna throw some locking tuners and Tremonti US pickups in her to really make her sing! Just waiting on some new pots...

Sweetwater still have misinformation up on the new guitar.
They say V12 finish, that is false.
It is polyurethane, just like all the other SEs.

My local dealer has some in stock too if anyone is around my area.
I think they ship also.

If I had a set installed in my new SE Tremonti Custom, is it going to make that much of a better tone over the stock 245 SE pickups in it now?

I haven't played an SE but the USA one I tried a couple of years ago blew me away, if you can afford it get them.
