I am thinking of using a Y-cable (2x TS to 1 TRS) cable from the mag/piezo and mag outputs of my new PRS SE HB II Piezo to a Lehle Little Dual II ABY box. In doing so, I can select whether I want the magnetic, the piezo or both outputs enabled by just some tap-dancing on the pedalboard.
I am assuming that this will work fine and that that the piezo element and magnetic pickups share the same floating ground in the electronics, so that I am not creating ground loops. The alternative would be running two instrument cables or wireless systems, but that gets messy quickly.
I did find these two threads that suggest something in the same vein, but I want to double check before I buy the ABY box.
