SE Custom 24 pickup wiring question

Hi all.

I've done a tonne of googling but I'm getting conflicting information.

Can anyone tell me which wires are which on the set in the SE Custom 24?

The specs list the pickups as an SE HFS treble and an SE Vintage Bass.

Here's a photo of the wires...

Not sure why it appears something is already taped off either.
