I had the good fortune of getting a prs ce24 in indigo blue. It is the finest guitar I have ever played however, it is mint condition and I kind of want to keep it that way. I was perusing craigslist and I found a SE custom 24 in transparent gray. It's a 2013 model. I offered a trade for my epiphone les Paul and he took me up on it. Now, I judge an electric guitar on how it sounds unplugged. Let me tell you, I have no problem letting my ce24stew in its case. The SE cu24 just rings unplugged. You can even pinch harmonics on it. I spent a half hour messing around on the SE cu24 before bed and I don't think I have played a finer, slicker playing guitar. It rivals my 1989 ibanez rg570'in resonance.
