SE 245 Soapbar?

I recently bought an Epiphone Jared James Nichols Old Glory and just not digging it. But, a guy wants to trade me a 245 Soapbar in black, only a few months old.

I know it's almost identical to the Myers model, but how much more sonically different will be be from the Myers?

The Meyers is a semihollow with humbuckers. That’s not a close comparison to a solid body with P90s.
