SE 24 custom 6th string 12th fret buzz

Hey everyone I recently picked up an SE 24 custom but I have been getting bad buzzing on the 12th fret and others playing notes and harmonics and I was wondering the correct way to fix it, thanks.

Hey everyone I recently picked up an SE 24 custom but I have been getting bad buzzing on the 12th fret and others playing notes and harmonics and I was wondering the correct way to fix it, thanks.

Has it been set up recently? Could be neck relief, high fret, or saddle height. If it is a high fret you can get the offending frets dressed. If it is one of the other's it should be a simple, straight forward adjustment.
