Satin mahogany necks

Why don't we see any mahogany neck PRS finished in satin? All of the PRS I've seen are either rosewood or maple.

Oh I wasn’t complaining. It’s a beautifully worn in feel to it. I did take steel wool and 2000 grit sand paper to my SAS neck though

My RL Vela has the closest thing to a satin neck finish I have. It’s glorious.

My S2 Standard 24s both have satin mahogany necks…and they’re as comfy as your favorite pair of sweatpants. Actually, the satin finishes on the entire guitars are incredibly comfy.

Some special Core runs have had satin hog necks. The Mark Holcomb has a satin neck. Some S2s do. They're out there.

These are the first models I that came to mind. Excellent neck on my Vela. Quickly became one of my favorites!

My 53/10 limited has the satin pf09 nitro finish. The Peruvian mahogany neck was satin to begin with, but it really didn't take much playing to turn it gloss.
